"This is the worst job I have ever had. The environment was very negative. So many people had conflicts with their coworkers. The company provided zero training for the employees. At one point it was taking over 120 days to process a loan. The underwriters did not perform well. The place was chaotic. It was stressful, demeaning, and hopeless. The customers were very dissatisfied with the service they were receiving from the company. In fact, many sought legal representation."
