What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"I was able to work from home about 20% of the time. (Would've liked to work from home more, though.) People always seemed amazed and pleased with how quickly and how well I completed my work for them, while it seemed to me like I was doing the easiest thing in the world."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't go in as a temp. That's what I was and I had several discussions with them about hiring me on permanently - especially when they said I was wonderful and super duper. But, even though the boss and her boss seemed to WANT to put me on the payroll, their bosses weren't hearing it."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"When I FIRST got there, things were fantastic and there seemed to be TONS of time in which to get the job done. The pressure was almost non-existent. But then, they merged with another bank and everyone freaked out, thinking that they were all going to have to compete with the people from the other bank to keep their jobs. So, timelines got dramatically reduced and the pressure became almost too much to bare. THEN, it was like I couldn't do anything right, never got anything done on time, and even appeared to be slacking off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My boss's boss's boss seemed like an elitist snob. She seemed to ruin everything. If she could've been more like my boss and her boss, things would've been peachy keen."
