"I've worked for WebMetro for 5 years. What was once a small boutique online agency has grown tremendously in the last 15 years. It's a great place to learn, and those that embrace it will be top paid media marketers. Campaigns managers are better equipped than most senior people in los angeles, san francisco, new york, or chicago."
"Since I've started at WebMetro 5 years ago, the company has grown almost 300% and expanded to 3 locations in San Dimas, West LA, and Israel. The company was privately owned until approximately 8 months ago when it was acquired by TeleTech and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Revana. The company and its people are very intelligent and passionate. The skill level of workers is above most leading industry professionals in far exceeds its competitors."
"I have been working at WebMetro for a year and I have found that many times we don't have the resources we need to get our work done. Although our SEO manager is knowledgeable and has a great personality, he is often too busy to mentor and guide the entire team. It's a pretty decent sized agency and everyone is really nice."
"The company is disorganized and therefore growth within the company is hard to achieve however, there are a lot of very smart people working there so you can learn a lot from your peers."
"Great place to begin a career, but jumping ship after about 2 years is standard"

What suggestions do you have for management?
"You need to make it more appealing for people to stay.If you want to retain young talent you need to pay them market value (not right out of college, no experience value). You need to improve the benefits of working there, unless you're married and have kids or a house, there is no real draw to it after you have served about 2 years. Young talent is able to move around and someone else will pay them about 30-40% more especially with the excellent experience you give them."
