"I’ve worked for W.B. Mason for 2yrs and don’t have much positive to say about the organization. The owner is extremely unprofessional, abrasive and disrespectful to the entire staff. The company has been known to be very shady in it’s business practices and bully’s it vendors to follow the “Mason way” mentality. Would not recommend to anyone trying to grow as the management is a click and if you don’t fit you don’t move."
"I have worked for WB Mason since March 2016. Overall the company is very good at adapting to current trends in the marketplace. Unfortunately they focus on sales numbers instead of creating employee loyalty and there tends to be holes in communication."

"I have been working for wb mason since February 2019. While it is a good company and a good experience, there are many issues as well. Who tries to take on too much and sell too many things. It often gets them in trouble because they will have products on backorder for over a couple months. They simply just spread themselves too thin!"
"W.B Mason is a growing industry that generates millions of dollars against its competitors. The position itself is very strenuous but puts you on track, with hard work, to excel and move up in the company. Adjusting to the overnight, while difficult at first, becomes much easier. The company also provides great benefits packages."
