"Put more thought into running a company from the ground up. Seems to be no interest in the people that work hard."

What don't you like about working at Wave2Wave Communications?

"Senior management is just out for themselves. The expenses are way out of whack to revenue. No vendors get paid. The company is in Bankruptcy. Very poor work structure and environment. People are very unhappy. The level just keeps getting lowered."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on making your workers happy. Pay your vendors and make the clients experience a good one. Worry less about your own bank accounts."

"People are nice and hard working. I like the enthusiasm people show when they accomplish something,especially given the lack of funds or leadership."

"Yes I do. DO NOT INTERVIEW for this company it is NO GOOD."

What don't you like about working at Wave2Wave Communications?

"As everyone seems to be saying, management is just awful. Offices are falling apart. Sneaky management, dont pay their bills (unless their personal bills), everyone is always fielding calls from unpaid vendors, constant outtages, backstabbing, untrustworthy. Fired over 150 people and filed bankruptcy-need I say more."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring in a whole new management team that cares about making money for a company not themselves. Go to 6 months of management training."

"Senior management are constantly at odds with each other. No corporate culture, in fact, they encourage back stabbing. Senior management is WAY overpaid and everyone resents their being so ridiculously compensated. Singularly focused on cashing out not matter who gets in the way. They dont pay their bills. Sneaky!"

"Pay your bills. Work harder on important issues, such as keeping the customer base-not on ways to enrich yourself."

"Wait until management turns over. If not, dont work here."

"Absolutely hated senior management. They only cared about enriching themselves and lining their pockets. The company almost went public and everyone was able to see what the founder was taking for himself. I couldnt wait to leave. Been downhill since then."

"Have a vision and a plan for the company not just yourself.Only way this company could survive is if the managers all took 6 months of classes on how to manage people and cash flow."

"Stop the hugh debt load. Demand more diligence on senior mgmt expense reports. More powerful CFO. Let managers manage."
