"I began working for Walmart 2 years ago and the company treated me very well, in the beginning. My direct leadership was great in my first location prior to my lateral transfer to Texas. Things changed immediately whenever I arrived to Texas. My leadership no longer invested in me. The tools available for me to executive above the expectation were not available. Very political perspective from my immediate supervisor. I am currently seeking employment elsewhere."

"The people I meet each day and my coworkers are really great people to be around. Very good work environment."

"Try to ask good questions and learn as much as you can about the processes for the department your will be working."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"No real changes occur once problems have been identified. The company has alot of long term employees that are not managers but have managment titles."

"Change the management's expectations by having them manage to the processes instead of putting out fires every day."
