What do you like about working at Volt Information Sciences?
It was a very strict meritocracy. Good work was met with rewards. I found them very honest and straightforward. You always knew exactly where you stood at Volt. Could not have asked for a better temp company.
What don't you like about working at Volt Information Sciences?
Honestly very little. The minimal pay scale and lack of benefits were a bit of a problem, and they didn't have a real culture of their own, rather adopted the culture of the company they were vending for.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Varies from team to team, but in certain instances micromanagement can be an issue.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
A positive attitude is everything. Don't be afraid of what you don't know, they're looking for good energy.
