"I interned for Verio Healthcare during the peak of the Coronavirus outbreak. It was a summer internship. Throughout the internship, I assisted on a side project working with their website called buymedical.com. I created filters and helped with the analytical aspects of the website to portray what buy medical consisted of. It was a pleasure being able to work in an office environment where everyone was open arms and able to assist with something I had never done before. Some of the work was tedious but I enjoyed my learning experience that Verio provided me."

"Don't be afraid to show off your abilities, but make sure that you actually have the abilities that are requested/required by the position for which you are applying"

"I don't like the way that upper management is detached from the work and product support that is done at lower levels"

"Spend more time getting to know what your employees do in their jobs"

"High salary+large bonuses, PTF personal sick vacation, benefits, Partner discount, challenge me and I learn hands on."

"Talk to higher support reps and get to know management. It gets your face out there and when they interview you for a promotion they will give it to you plus keep you in mind for the next team/promotion"

"info is spread out and can be hard to find the right help docs or k-base article"

"I would spend more time getting to know each person on the floor and those I felt were smart enough to give me feedback I could use"

"I didn't like anything about the company, it was costly to work for."

"Yes, you are treated like a replaceable commodity, If you don't know the systems before you get there you won't know much after you get there. Their coders are too busy covering their own asses and are not team players, they are lone wolve who will give you scraps of information like from a group kill of a wilder beast. If you are new, and don't get it in a week, just quit."

"I didn't like this company, period wouldn't recommend it to anyone"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"your programmers are too busy meeting the production schedules to mentor or teach anyone anything. They are too busy covering their asses, and making certain they finish their self appointed sharepoint projects."

"Management kept making decisions that were really making our channel partners mad to the point that they were leaving faster than we could add new ones."

"Move to something that works for IT company not a cell phone company"
