2.8 Started with high hopes and great attitude. A week into the position I was asked to fire someone with no explanation as to why. Since I did not comply with such an unethical demand, I was put immediately on the bad list with the CIO. From then on it was no raises until I took the hint and left. Luckily, the person I directly reported to had a good level of integrity and also would not fire the employee. He's still there. Haha.

Hire people for the right positions. Not for the lowest salary. Have a lead assistant that they have to work with. Make sure all the instruments are sterilized and rooms are ready to go for the next day. Assist each doctor to their individual likes and dislikes. Have certain assistants for each individual doctor. Teach assistants to think ahead and have everything ready for the next procedure.
