"Okay overall. Lacks tech expertise. And quality of decision making leadership, short on dollars and lack of vision. Some of the offices promote cohesiveness and collaborative work culture. Rest needs improvement"

What don't you like about working at United States Courts?

"Underpaid. Clientele are often repeat-offender criminals who are angry at the way things are going. Co-workers are nice, but not necessarily as motivated as I am. Consistently understaffed. I take on more than I should have to take on, and feel like I have to put out other people's fires more than do my own work. Building is possibly toxic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would run a tighter ship and be better organized. I would be less interested in small details and more interested in the big picture. I would be more concerned about the welfare of the employees."
