"I do not have any suggestion because ARO is a great place to work."

"Chance to work with the best and have a definite impact on the world we live in."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Go to college; look into the ROTC recruiting program. They can even help with scholarships and so forth."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Forced relocation every 3-4 years. Great for single people or for single income families to see the world. Doesn't work out as well for dual-income career power couples."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Modernize retirement benefits through use of 401k instead of 20+ year pension plan. There is currently no retirement benefit for those serving less than 20 years."

"The satisfaction associated with managing the care of wounded veterans and seeing them successfully transition to the private sector with a bright future."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you fully understand what you are getting yourself into. Working for this organization in this capacity can be very emotionally and psychologically taxing."

"Senior Management tends to micro-manage the organizations, causing a conflict of ethics."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Trust your subordinate managers. Provide them with project specifics and expectations and let them utilize their pool of talent to meet the objectives."

"The long distance traveling to and from my office at Dugway and loss of so much time."

"Keep up the good work."
