What do you like about working at United States Army?

"I like getting paid, the education, and protecting our country's freedom."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The education and health benefits are hard to take advantage of. They do their best to make it difficult to use them."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"They don't take care of low ranking personnel who already are tight on cash by making them purchase training gear and transportation. They don't give enough time to move to new duty station by cutting orders early enough. That makes moving more expensive when buying cars or negotiating living arrangements."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would stop wasting so much time in training. I wouldn't end a person's career because of a one time no go. I would keep and retrain motivated personnel especially well trained soldiers that the government has already invested a lot of money. I would outlaw power point."
