"The Army is what you make of it, however it is not for everyone. One must be willing to put the mission first in order to be successful in the United States Military."

"I am transitioning from Active Duty due to all of the deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan."

"None really. The military is a very polished well working machine."

"in the Army, I got to travel and saw the world. I was always learning new training, tactics, etc."

"Just drive on, do as you're told and remember that an entire country depends on you completing your mission."

"I was always away from family and friends. Was never home for the holidays, because my country comes first."

"There is really no suggestions because our duty is first, and as a soldier you can't change how things happen and operate in the military."

"I like the army. That is why I am still in the reserves."

"Being in the army is almost more psychological than physical. I would say strong mind, strong body."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"The reserves can be hard sometimes because you are only there a few days a month so it is hard to get things done some times."

"I do not have any suggestions for management, Everyone does what they can with what they have."

"I did not like that many of the kids that were in the company could not follow orders."

"The chain of command should be given classes on management."
