What do you like about working at United States Army?
"I was given full authority to control all aspects of the organization without direct guidance or supervision."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"The one thing I like least about the Army was because of the war and the surge, we promoted so fast and so quickly without a very good screening process. We are left with a lot of high ranking officers who do not have the abilities to do their jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Streamline existing systems and eliminate outdated ones, saving time and money. Slide decks for meetings were full of data that was useless and redundant. I submitted a new slide deck that was immediately implemented. Numbers were not being reported correctly based on a flaw in one of our systems and I found the error to be fix."
