"Working with soldiers and developing them to meet and exceed all standards that are imposed upon them."

"Go to as many Army schools as possible early on in your career and then learn everything you can off of the best NCO you can find."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Having the specific job that I do in the Army is very demanding physically and mentally. The hardest thing to deal with though, is taking account of people's actions that you have little or no control over."

"Put more emphasis on making sure the military families are taken care of and happy."
