"This university under its current state is a horrible place to work."
What do you like about working at University of Cincinnati?
"Not at all. They need to pay me a lot to coming back to work there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Let me put it lightly: Don't go there! The university is scamming your first paycheck for paying the first month health insurance while you are not allowed to use the health insurance. That is, you are not eligible for health insurance in your first 30-days of work and at the same time you pay for the insurance at the first day of your work! (where did the money go). Also the administration is completely incompetent. They loss my personal information which resulted the delay of my pay for almost 2 months!"
What don't you like about working at University of Cincinnati?
"I hated working there partly during the horrible PIs and administration. The HR provided no protection to the employees, while provided little to no regulation of the treatment of the employees by the PIs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest that the university needs complete make-over with their upper management and administration. One thing I believe need to be done is firing of incompetent and degrading employers (PIs) and administration staff and replace them with better administration and faculty. This I believe could be done by using IO psychologists to evaluate the university structure and restructure the university appropriately."
