I suggest that the university needs complete make-over with their upper management and administration. One thing I believe need to be done is firing of incompetent and degrading employers (PIs) and administration staff and replace them with better administration and faculty. This I believe could be done by using IO psychologists to evaluate the university structure and restructure the university appropriately.
the work environment was very flexible and there was a lot of room to grow. I learned many new skills involved in BI analysis due to the high level of flexibility and willingness to try new things.
Spend some money to upgrade technological resources and facilities for better results.
