What do you like about working at Unilever?

"The company label is known worldwide and had many standards of excellence. The company sucess was in relation to the whole team working together. There were changes in software, business always involving to better the product and the team."

What don't you like about working at Unilever?

"The distribution department that I worked with was relocated more centralized to a few warehouses. That was a change made far inadvance of me working with the company and that would mean that I was no longer needed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At that time there was many different manufacturing challenges for new product and the materials available. We did not have adequate forecasting tools to meet demand and relied on emails. I would suggest a chart or graph to display so that all parties are informed of critical issues and time delays."

"Interview questions will most likely be by the book standard. Group work is a must as well as passion and knowing where you want to go."

"There is a lot of bureaucracy and headache. There is not much of a formalized career development structure. Most of your growth is going to happen through your own legwork. Compensation isn't setting the benchmark for the industry."

"Wishing them the best,just because it did not work for me, does not mean it is not a good place to work,I enjoy the ambition(the rain maker attitude) and would try anything to get the right result,this company is more about micro managing so if you are comfortable with it best of luck:)"
