"I've worked at the Tyson plant in St. Joseph since 1999 when it was Sara Lee. The plant has experienced many changes over the years, some good and some bad. My ratings are given under the management that has been in place for the previous 18 months."

"I have worked for Tyson Foods since 2016 which is a big and great company worldwide. The company has a strong and managed program on the safety and quality of the product. Overall and nationwide the company has a lot of room to improve. However, for people who desire to live and stay in Chicago, there are no many opportunities to grow."

"Pros: Easy to move around. Some Co-workers and Supervisors are great. Cons: Cant move up unless you know somebody. Management, HR, and corporate don't do anything and some employees get away with not working at all. We were expected to work with broken unsafe equipment."
