What don't you like about working at TriWest Healthcare Alliance?
The fact that they can change policy when they want to. The fact that they use a tool that is supposed to be used for training opertunities is used to put people on finals then fire them. The fact that they cannot get the system to work properly so that we can help our beneficiaries or the providers who call in.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Stop changing policies at the managers whims, Fix the crapy program we have so that we can assist our callers! Find different ways to do your BA and stop using the eLoyolty program that is a training program for a grading program that is very far off.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be prepared to get frustrated with the computer system and not being able to help people when that is your job to help people.
