"I was an employee of the Rubicon Group which was acquired by Travelclick a few years back. While I enjoyed my time with Rubicon, Travelclick has been another story. The focus on the bottom line has put a strain on not only the employees but the relationship with our existing Rubicon customers. Travelclick is chaotic and unfocused with goals changing on a weekly basis. Management is more intent on selling the company than providing its customers with a solid set of products and services."
