What do you like about working at Toyota?
The compensation is pretty good
What don't you like about working at Toyota?
The hour are ridicules. Absolutely no time for life other than work. The pressure by upper management and the hours one has to work, make this employer very difficult to work for. Ernie Boch Jr either ignores the above or endorses it, either way one can find better employment.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Arrange split shifts that allow employees to have a life outside of work. Maybe four weeks vacation a year and or every other weekend off. think about it, maybe you will be able to keep your employees.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Sounds fine at the beginning but trust me you will burn you out and leave frustrated.

It was near my mother's home
What don't you like about working at Toyota?
management, lack of infrastructufre both on sales side and payplan
What suggestions do you have for management?
to listen to employees and appreciate individuals efforts

This was my first finance manager position and my employer was very aware therefore I felt they took advantage of my pay plan

"My food vendor rep (who does not work for the company). I have made a couple of friends at work, but I don't really like much about the job. Making coffee is fine and my supervisor is easy to get along with. HR and payroll managers are pretty awesome, as far as HR is concerned."
