What do you like about working at The Irvine Co.?
It was a team environment with growth potential. People were excellent and the work was challenging.
What don't you like about working at The Irvine Co.?
The dress code and work culture were a little outdated.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Communication. It would seem that working on multiple projects with multiple directions would be best solved with communicating.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
I do not have any tips. However I would mention the work culture as it can be a change to get used to.
