What suggestions do you have for management?

"Move out of Trenton and get into a more modern building with a REAL warehouse. I don't care what the city offers you to stay. Modernize the office furniture. Basically, move into the 21st century. Be fair in layoffs. There is something wrong when senior people are laid off when a new hire with the same title is still working. The place is just a stepping stone for younger employees. Make it a place where people want to stick around. Be honest with yourselves first and then with your people about cuts. Cutting expensive longtime employees and replacing them with cheaper new employees has demoralized the remaining employees. Find better ways to cut costs that doing this."
