"I worked for Texas Roadhouse for three years while I was finishing schooling in southern Utah. I enjoyed my time there, the atmosphere was great getting to meet and talk to new people every day was something I looked forward to. I became a trainer for new hires, I was considered one of the best servers on our team."

"I started at the Champaign location in October 2017 and have been there ever since. Overall, I would say that the work environment is positive more often than not. Everyone has a sense that even if they don't get along well, or at all, they still have a job to do, and they put doing that job first. Things get stressful during the winter season and you'll start out with only a few shifts, but give them 100% and you'll become valued very quickly."
