"I started at the Champaign location in October 2017 and have been there ever since. Overall, I would say that the work environment is positive more often than not. Everyone has a sense that even if they don't get along well, or at all, they still have a job to do, and they put doing that job first. Things get stressful during the winter season and you'll start out with only a few shifts, but give them 100% and you'll become valued very quickly."

"Be as polite as possible to the customers, even when they put you and think less of you when it reality you are stronger than they can ever be because most have never waited tables."

"screaming children, people who did not respect me because I was a waitress, screaming manager who put down staff."
