"Being a QAQC Processor, I started out temporarily as a contracted worker. Which would lead you to assume that the job is temporary and I would be treated as expendable. This was not the case. Though this position is remote, I have experienced a strong community and work environment through virtually connecting with fellow employees and supervisors. The work is rewarding, the days go by fast, and I have been promoted twice within one year. Great company."
"I've been working at Tetra Tech for six years now and here's the verdict; I think the pay is decent, time off is good, benefits are good. On the flip side, it's very difficult to get ahold of HR and when I do they're kind of rude or snarky. And also I rarely have the tools that I need and there's almost no attention to safety. The only training we get is from these boring corporate videos that just drone on and on. The companies main focus is really just about you getting work done. Again, good pay, good time off and good benefits so overall it's an okay place to work."
"I have worked at Tetra Tech since January 2009. Tetra Tech is a huge company with many different business groups that function relatively autonomously. Offering a review of the entire company is not meaningful as I only worked on one small team in a relatively large business group."
"Tetra Tech is a good company."
"I worked for Tetra Tech for almost two years. The employees and the work environment is decent, but the opportunities to move up are very low. Mainly the managers and higher-level engineers have a chance to advance."
"A great place to get experience as they do have many employees in many states. However management is not the best, the director and supervisor are friendly. They expect you to learn everything in a month and put constant work on their best worker. Temps are always quitting or getting fired, the supervisor micromanaged and doesn’t help new hires at all."
"No comment at this moment.,"

"Great place to work and wonderful people."
"Tetra Tech is a wonderful company with a great outlook. With over 400 office and more than 17,000 employees, there is much opportunity for growth. I would highly recommend as a place to work."
"I worked with Tetra Tech at their Diamond Bar office for two and a half years. My largest reason for leaving was that I did not do well living in the Los Angeles area and there were no transfer opportunities moving back to Reno. The hours were long, and the work was stressful at times, but the pay was good and I felt my job was secure."
"Good Company, Exploring other options that may be available."
"I have been working with Tetra Tech on different projects based in Afghanistan. They are the leaders in what they do. I have gained most of what I do today in this firm and I believe Tetra Tech is a great place to work for."

"Tetra Tech treats their employees like cheap tools - use them up and throw them away. Employees are not valued by TT."
