"Because everyone is genius, some times nobody takes care of standard procedures and processes. At some point of time information disappears."

"I would suggest to find a genius manager who will be able to organize and synchronize genius- engineers"

"It's a fun company...bright people that are passionate about what they do. There is good comraderie with the mid level...the senior level leadership needs to be more involved. They are so concerned with the wrong things at times and secretive"

"Be honest, be prepared...they have an exhaustive interview process...behavioral questioning, etc."

"systems are bad, processes need to be defined. The executive leadership teams needs to get management level training...they are wet behind the ears"

"better transparency...make all employees feel important and involved. communication...tell the things you don't like to say, the employees will respect you more for being up front and honest"

"It probably going out of business. Didn't plan properly and wasted a lot of money keeping up appearances. Spent 250k Sending VIP to your for one month. Laid people off a month later."

"I had manager say to me, How do you think I feel that I have to make choices on how to pay the bills around here when he was laying me off...LOLThe company was unstable and knew it when I was hired. And pretended for 2 month everything is okay, and said repeatedly that it would effect me."

"I liked the feeling of making a positive impact on our society through the development of solar systems. I also enjoyed the sense of satisfaction when troubleshooting and correcting issues on site."

"I didn't feel that there was room to grow within the company. I also felt that decisions were being made by unqualified employees and there was an overall lack of communication within the company."
