What don't you like about working at STATERA?
"They recruit only freshers from college and train them and use them to randomly implement client projects. Culture stinks. Very discriminatory even at the CxO level and it trickles down to the bottom level. Bottomline - very very unprofessional."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. When Management is purposely resorting to a poor behavior - you cannot give suggestions. A proverb goes - One cannot wake up person who is pretending to be asleep."
