"Listen to your people and understand them 100 percent. Ignoring people like this is begging for a Union to become their voice."

"many times the office worked independent of the floor, and only when things got abit out of control, would they be addressed."

"I believe that always communicating , even some of the smallest details, is very important, and, allow your supervisors the ability to do the job and make decisions"
