What do you like about working at Solar Power Partners?
Being allowed to trouble shoot projects in trouble, and doing due diligence in lots of different places. Being in a learning situation almost every day. Being trusted to do my best work and being respected for it.
What don't you like about working at Solar Power Partners?
Constant need to rein in the sales people. And a complete refusal to learn what was necessary to develop good projects.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Train the sales people and get real projects in the door, not pie in the sky baloney.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be careful - the corporate culture has changed radically. It is no longer a band of brothers, but is a very large corporate space.
