"I went and applied at this company from a friend of mine referring me to work with them. Said with my criminal background i should not have any issue getting hired on. Keep in mind the friend of mine has a very extensive background, way more things on theirs than mine!! and even some while working with the company but they got hired no problem. But when i applied and had interview, and then they did the background check, not only did it take 2 weeks to even get the background check back, way longer than it was supposed to take, but on top of it when it did finally come back they required me to do an assessment review for a charge over 5 years ago..i have not had any new criminal charges or anything in 5 years now...i am not on probation, i am going to school, trying to do everything to better my life and after the 5 days on top of the 2 weeks to review the assessment they still tell me i was denied to move further with being hired on and WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REASON WHY!! So wasted 3 weeks of my time waiting for these people to get their priorities straight..made me lose 2 other job offers, they were both lower pay and not best hours, so i denied offers cause thought for sure i would be hired through SMX..but now still no job, those 2 job offers previously already filled those positions!!!! So THANKS A LOT SMX MANAGEMENT FOR REALLY SCREWING OVER A PERSON REALLY GOOD!!!! IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF CHARGES ON YOUR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND FOR SIMPLE THINGS DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY...THEY ONLY HIRE PEOPLE WITH VERY SEVERE CRIMINAL RECORDS TO WORK HERE IT SEEMS!!!"

For what I was getting paid and the amount of pure foolishness I had to deal with I have to say that I should have drawn my unemployment a while longer and found something better. They paid some of their employees late, the two day shift supervisors were and are complete liars, and the work environment is totally screwed up."

"try to relocate employees at other accounts instead of just using them as disposable labor"
