I worked for Smart City Networks for about a year and in that time I found the management to be a good motivated and empowering group, but it was only the first few tiers that this was true, once you hit regional things fell apart. My work area (the entire convention center) was a blast to work in and kept me fit as I would have to run to the calls but it was never too busy to cause me any issues. The clientele were all professionals and acted as such making my job easy and my clients happy.
Focus on the customers instead of pointing fingers for bad judgments to the employees inside. People are laid off if not the right fit to specific people on the top regardless of experience and tenure in the company.
