"Excellent teamwork and open minded attitude of Management and Key Employees. Great benefits, fabulous growth opportunities and excellent corporate culture. I truly look back on my experience with Entex very fondly."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My words may not be the best advice as the environment has changed. However, the people who are with Siemens in Norwalk are very commendable and at least you have a great team."

What don't you like about working at Siemens?

"Some systems issues and iffy planning here and there. When the company's business model changed due to Dell, the tate of the company declined and eventually became a part of Siemens."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to reinvent the glory days of what made business great back in the 1990's. Unfortunately I am not sure if that can happen in today's market."
