"What I dislike about being a Squad Leader is having to deal with Soldiers who complain about being lied to during their recruiting process. If they thought that being in the military was going to be a joy ride then their foot should never have crossed the recruitment station's threshold.Love my current Soldiers. They were 100% reliable during our OEF deployment. Took initiative and all aspects of mental and physical welfare. Far above anything, understood our mission statement, and goals."
