What do you like about working at Saul Ewing?

"Nothing. It is a challenge to navigate the unseen, as in a Kafka novel. I witnessed an incident where a very capable person was terminated without an explanation."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Beware. It isn't what it seems to be and it doesn't take long to become ensnared in a miserable, tenuous environment."

What don't you like about working at Saul Ewing?

"It is a hostile, precarious atmosphere where no one can be trusted. Even the turnover of attorneys is high."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a tip from other law firms, with loyal employees, firms who put their money where their mouth is in terms of executing their vision statement and PR to prospective employees."
