"It is a great company to work for and there is always room for growth."
"I worked for the last 12 years for Saudi Aramco. They offered the strongest salary and benefits of anyone in the market. They had enormous wealth and CAPEX budgets equivalent to the GDP of some countries. That wealth is also their biggest weakness. Where most companies are driven by economic pressure to execute their project with the highest efficiency possible, Aramco can afford to Execute Projects at far less efficiency. Therefore, many of their Project Delivery Processes have not improved in the last decade."
"Great company with a strong training program for young engineers."
"I worked for Saudi Aramco since 2014 until 2018 and I have develop many skills including leadership and technical skills due to the availability of mega projects and the exposures of the disciplines of each project. The cultural of the company is very supportive and willing to give the employees the opportunities to grow."
"The company is very progressive in meeting and exceeding international standards for production, safety, and environmental. The company is diversifying into other higher value chains to insure a competitive future. Internal dynamics will need to change to overcome current promotional, performance appraisal, cultural (family relationship), and work ethics. The company, if fully public, would see substantial downsizing of workforce as it is being used by the government as a social welfare program. It will never see shareholder scrutiny."
"I've worked for Saudi Aramco for about 5 years. It's a great company to work at and it was a big opportunity to learn and gain many skills. People I have worked among were all polite and professional. The job had a great learning curve and great opportunity for personal growth."
"Excellent place to work, as the multinational work force in joined to work together, Western Management, company policies and atmosphere give the best opportunity for the employee to contribute very independently. Advanced technology, well trained management system, new and very latest technology is available to be utilized for individual work performance."
"Job security, travel opportunity, great pay and benefits if you can stand the schedule. Also, there was a pleasant working environment."
