"Horribly siloed and the worst management system possible. If you are just looking for a paycheck then... no, stay away regardless. Absolutely abhorrent manufacturing systems. Austin has NO say in the technology, it is completely controlled by Korea. Korea has literally zero sense of design for manufacturability, which in combination with zero accountability for that from Korea, sets Austin up for failure. At 14 nm this is 100% disastrous. There is not a single individual in my group who is happy with anything outside of having a job in a crappy economy in a cyclical industry."
