"Samsung Electronics is a very big corporate company. The people there are always friendly. Although this specific branch was in was not too big on employing diversity, they will accept anyone who are willing to work hard on their behalf. The office is still growing and changing every year. Hopefully the way they handle their data will be more advanced as well in the coming years. While other companies are using Visualization and automation tools, the management is still keen on sticking to Microsoft Office. I have worked in the office for about three years and opportunities for growth were never mentioned. I have even heard of someone working as a temp for 10 years before becoming full-time employee. However, despite all that as long as your determination to work in the company is strong, people will be able to see your efforts and provide you more responsibilities."
"Very bad place to work on Confidence in the manager st all .no way to move up unless you are a Korean. Rotate Koreans in and out every few months they do no maintenance on equipment run until it fails and fire the worker."
"Fast paced organization that is constantly driven with new goals and achievements. Excellent in supporting the community and creating/improving new talent."
"Fast paced company with many different departments working together."
