"Not the company it used to be. The new management has flushed almost all long-term employees and the entire HR and Engineering Departments. Workplace is now by fear for your job and fear of management. No longer focused on the products and customers. Company vision statement says employees matter, but CEO actually stood at a meeting and told all employees that if they don't like the current situation, that they should leave. A company to be very cautions of as an employee or customer."

"If you want to progress in this industry and are looking for long term employment, Ryko is the poorest choice you could make"

What don't you like about working at Ryko Solutions?

"New management has no clue about the industry they are in and are replacing long term employees with more people who know nothing about the industry. New CEO is a blow hard with no real mgmt talent. Mgrs. under CEO are clueless and just trying to hold on to their jobs, in other words, everyone at Ryko is just treading water and this company is going nowhere except on paper"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Value, empower, and bring back long term employees. Train,upper and low level management to really be managers and to communicate better with field personel. I dont feel Ryko will be in business in 3 years."

"Enjoy the team I work with. Despite the short commings of the company we all due whats needed to run a tight ship."

"Everything never seen a company ran so inefficiently. Pay wasnt far and no sympathy for working people."
