"Goals are very high, not tailored for each store. Not given any support with my management team."

"Give more support to salaried managers with budget for hourly managers."

"Cleaning dishes was a very zen job, but beyond that the only saving grace was a few of the personalities"

"The upper management, the mindset of the servers, the intelligence of the servers, attitudes attitudes attitudes, good people getting cut, personal freedoms"

"Work my way up to hold actual experience instead of running a restaurant by numbers"

"Fairly easy work and very rewarding, but constant confusion between employees and management creates a high stress environment that is very taxing, mentally and emotionally."

"Stay focused on your job, learn how to do it without relying on someone else, and most importantly, make sure you don't piss off the cooks!"

"Long hours, high turnover rate and too much reliance on untrained, uncaring employees while dedicated employees suffer to pick up the slack."

"Create an environment where employees understand their responsibilities and how to carry them out. A work environment that features a strong leader who displays his own capability in the work place and commands an earned respect would be beneficial to the environment."

"The company needs to make a lot of improvements. There is no career opportunities like other restaurants. There are people that have served for over 4 years and still have no chance of advancing."

"I would suggest that management separates themselves more from their employees. I think of them more as friends than my boss."

"lack of ability to grow with the company and misunderstaning with superiors (above the GM)"
