"DO NOT TAKE THE JOB UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS!!! This is an unhealthy environment and the chaos, lack of control, number of stops, horrible software system set up, moving targets, incompetent management, lousy communication, and faulty, confusing and/or non-existent policies, procedures and systems will make you dread every day here and feel like you can never get anything finished, resolved, handled, fixed or right. It's like working in a minefield or like you are living in an alcoholic or mentally unstable family. RUN!!!"

What don't you like about working at Retalix Ltd.?

"They do not conform to labor laws (salaried exempt vs salaried non-exempt; overtime laws, etc), horrible communication, non-functioning or buggy systems, poor planning and project management, chaotic, confusing systems, procedures, nobody really cares, reactive environment"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find out exacty what each person does, what systems are in place and make sure there are policies and procedures that conform to labor laws and good business standards"

"Great place to learn and expand you skills . They will provide you with the chance to go and deliver a new system and infrastructure"

"be ready to work hard and show them you do . 10-11 working hours day are normal there"

"Very low budget environment . Management do not have a uniformed strategy and each C level person pull to a different direction"

"be more organized . have procedures guidelines and policies implemented to help the environment to be more standardized"

"Retalix did not understand the makeup of the company that they purchased----and still don't. They needed to ask the question What do I do with it to make it grow now that we bought it"

"The customers were great... Working with customers in various focus groups to create great products was the highlight of my work."

"Understand very well your motivations for working at Retalix."

What don't you like about working at Retalix Ltd.?

"Poor leadership at the senior level. No focus on strategic growth to gain market share was their primary weakness. Combine that with a lopsided leadership model and you end up not retaining good people to grow the company."

"Create a culture of innovation, respect and integrity."
