"Moved from the internship program into a full-time position and am very pleased. Management is patient with recent grads and is focused on communicating company goals to everyone. From what I hear, theyve recently improved on incentive programs and recognition. My salary is fairly competitive, and overall, the company culture and people are great. It is a fun, social atmosphere that is perfect for young professionals."

"I have been with the company for the last 3 years"

What do you like about working at ReminderMedia?

"Besides the standard paid holidays that many companies award, ReminderMedia has over the past 3 years has spared no expense in offering company wide team building activities, which are most often something great. From city wide scavenger hunts to prime seats at a sporting event, a few trips per year is more than expected. The environment at ReminderMedia is fast paced and rewarding. The customer service department has recently added a substantial commission system which gives each employee the opportunity to add a significant amount of bonus income each year. The commissions are based off of our daily tasks and can be counted on, it isn't simply in the form of right place at the right time, if you are lucky bonuses. Over the last 3 years with the company it has been very interesting to observe the company transform into what it is today. Over the past year, a full overhaul in HR and a few key additions on the executive level have transformed the office environment into something much more exciting. Opportunities for growth have been added which were more rare before recent changes, and the staff in general is happy. It is refreshing how available the executive members of the company are to the rest of the staff. The executive staff spends most of the day right out on the sales floor, and has made strides in the last year towards making ReminderMedia a more rewarding place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Like any sales driven company, it is important that you can perform at the job you are asked, but if you have no trouble living up to what is expected from you, you will get out what you put in."

What don't you like about working at ReminderMedia?

"It is unfortunate, but our office is JUST outside the delivery range of Jimmy Johns sandwiches. As a big fan of Jimmy Johns this is a serious blow. On a slightly more serious note, being located right off of 422 can be extremely convenient for some, while also making the morning commute more difficult for others, but compared to commuting in and out of the city, I will count my blessings."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The best advice I could give, is keep moving in the right direction. The company has been through a significant amount of change in my 3 years, and even more in the last year, and most, if not all of it has been positive."

What do you like about working at ReminderMedia?

"- Christmas parties were alright , colleagues were fairly enjoyable except for some managers, execs"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just know what you're getting intoAs stated, if you're desperate, you'll do anything if you need a jobBut look for another one in congruence with this work"

What don't you like about working at ReminderMedia?

"Literally every other aspect of the job Now where to start...a) Marketing interns beware!! - Many universities have removed this as an internship because they either use you to just call and make appointments with real estate agencies or use you as free salesman. CEO is very sales oriented and disregards everything else and I observed him getting rid of an intern because he wasn't great telemarketing.b.) High pressure environment for mundane work - This work was mindless, yet you had to sign in and out across three systems, are only able to get up 3x in a work day! Unless you're management you only get two 15 minute breaks and a lunch, any more and you risk being written up! (bathroom, water, etc.)c.) You work 9-6, lunch is unpaid. Understandable, but when you pay starts in the mid-20s... come ond.) Highly corrupt with work politics- Observed a worker get fired because she reported that she did not want to hear the sex stories of a lower employee and an relationship. The direct manager actually worked underneath the exec, and contrived a reason for the worker to be fired. (Later on the lower employee and exec were fired because the employee kept leaking confidential information)e.) Dress code is business/ business casual for a workplace that pays most employees mid to high 20's ... and never sees one client walk throughf.) When originally hired, I was promised a 90 day review after my probationary period and pay hike. Around the end of the review time the CEO decided to change policy and nullified any sort of 90 day review. This company seemed to get worse by the month.g.) Extremely predatory sales practices -- yes, you're supposed to read the fine print, but sales people would blatantly lie, push people to sign the contract (for the promotion that everyone is eligible for), and stick people into a 10 issue commitment for overpriced and inefficient marketing. When doing followups, I'd say 10% or less gave positive results."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Relax a little bit on the high pressure environment over ridiculously trivial work, compensate better"
