What do you like about working at Red Roof Inn?
I liked working with the other workers and working as a team.
What don't you like about working at Red Roof Inn?
The company didn't quite appreciate your effort and always reminded you that they could replace you in a minute.
What suggestions do you have for management?
I would suggest that everyone who works there is all there for the same reason, to work there as a team to advance the company together and to appreciate the other workers not just management.

I worked as hard as I could and the company didn't appreciate their hourly employees as much as management.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Hopefully the company has changed, but they only appreciate management over hourly so interview for management if you can.
