What do you like about working at Precision Castparts?

"Pay is good but they are slowly working on taking things away. Bonuses are on a steady decline. All the overtime you can handle (whether you want it or not)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If it's the only job you can get, take it. If you enjoy your sanity, stay away."

What don't you like about working at Precision Castparts?

"The management and the equipment is old and lacks maintenance. It is very crowded and lacks organization. Some serious safety concerns. Lack of commitment or concern for employees. Lack of knowledge on the management part."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Looks to me like management wrote their own reviews on this site. Did they give you a bonus for that Who told you what to say"

What do you like about working at MobilexUSA?

"I did not enjoy anything working for this company, they do not care about their employees and just run them into the ground."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run far away! If you enjoy being miserable everyday, being constantly ridiculed, working 12+ hours a day even though you wouldn't want to. It is expected from you until everything is completed, they will run you into the ground because it makes them look good and makes them money! If you can't do it than they will just find another poor sap to fill your position."

What don't you like about working at MobilexUSA?

"Proper Management is definitely lacking. It does not seem that the management team is qualified for their current positions. They could care less for their employees well being and only want to make themselves look good."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Enroll in some management seminars or go back and take some classes for management certification. Your only as good as your team and when they lack direction or appreciation they will not perform at their peek nor do anything more than what is expected."
