What do you like about working at Quest Diagnostics?

I gained knowledge about how Diagnostic Laboratories operate.

What don't you like about working at Quest Diagnostics?

I worked for a subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics and I found this company (DLO) to be one of the most uncomfortable, good old boy, family unfriendly companies I've ever worked for.

What suggestions do you have for management?

While I was there the District Director (similar to a CEO) had changed 3 times. The employees are very unhappy and if you are a women and don't play golf and in managment, you don't have a chance for advancement within this organization.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

I would only work there if this were the only job available.
