"This is by far the worst, unorganized, draining, toxic work environment I've ever worked in. For starters, the trainer began saying nasty, racist things and spoke on my children in the management group chat, which by the way was not supposed to be seen by anyone but the managers, but low and behold she left the screen up and the entire training class saw it. She was only required to give a generic apology but it was gaslighting at best. I responded and that was that. Next, I was written up for attendance, but how can you expect one to get anything done if you are confined to a desk from sun up to sun down. No work life balance, its literally modern day slavery for 17$. Not to mention the hundreds of credit unions you work for with different policies. A company should have one strict policy, not multiple. In addition, a knowledge base that is supposed to help you but the information is outdated. 10 hour or longer shifts with 30 minute lunches, but managment gets an hour and leaves early -if they come in. Job description is false, they change your schedules when DST arrives. Also, you're working to almost 9 at night and starting at 9 in the morning. When you ask for a schedule change, they wait list you. Meanwhile everyone else is getting off at 4:30. My job description stated no later than 5pm, I was getting off at 7pm and 8PM. Couldn't pick my kids up from school nor daycare, attend any games, practices, or beta club parent meetings. I hate i even came across PSCU. worst mistake of my life!!!"
"the environment is great when it comes to communicating with the team, however, it was terrible for my mental health and I don’t consider that the company is on the same page. Work tools could be better to assist members and asking us to be robots is just awful. Would not recommend it."
"Terrible. It was an overall horrible mental health experience. Limited capabilities. Repetitive. Slave driven nonsense (mandatory OT because of imaginary 'business needs'). You're just a glorified operator that gets constantly abused by ungrateful people/customers."
"Good company that cares about its employees"
"I’ve worked for PSCU for over a year and this company is a great company to work for. They take care of their employees and they are all about work-home balance."
"Very noisy, too crowded, disorganized, unable to concentrate and focus, too many duties, no licenses for software, insufficient staff, poor communication, conflicting priorities."

What don't you like about working at PSCU Financial Services?
"Employees are treated as disposable. There is no consistency in your schedule, even if you're full time and have been there a long time. The job itself is way to stressful for what it is and what you're getting paid. This is very evident in the turnover rate. It's so bad that they started hiring temps so that they don't count towards the turnover rate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management has no idea what is going on in the lower levels because middle management is busy covering things up for each other. Upper management needs to check out conditions for themselves instead of just taking the word of people that are only looking out for themselves. The company talks about having an employee workplace, but fails to follow through."

"It's the most negative, fear driven place that I've ever worked . Everyone is horrible from HR to Team Leaders. No one there knows how to treat people. Management doesn't care about their staff at all. It's a constant revolving door of employees. It's not the place you'll retire from. They don't accept any type of feedback and they don't like people that think out of the box. It's an awful, awful place. Very depressing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have team leaders take classes on how to properly speak to employees and how to give feedback constructively. Advice them to be available to their Reps and not hide in their cubicle. I would create a more positive environment that would make the Reps feel valued ."
