"I did not like the fact there were no residuals on most products. Hence no real base salary. the resources were also un-helpful."

"It is an expensive business to build... compensation is 100% commission, with practice building expenses that are pretty high, and extreme compliance standards."

"A mentor program where you take a very experienced Financial Advisor and partner them with new Advisors to assist in the business building curve."
