"I've worked for pro energy since July of 2019 mainly in northern California (PGE). I've found that some of the management in this company is very poor (mismanaged). I've also found that there is a lack of communication between management and employees (management is unresponsive to calls or texts)."

"Take a pass on the job. This place probably won't be around in another two years or so."

"There is a complete lack of internal communication, no sense of business ethics and no integrity in the management team. They have no idea how to take care of their people, and no vision for the future."

"Pull your heads out of your backsides and quit trying to protect your turf. Integrity should be a core business component, without that you will have nothing to build on.Learn to take care of the people that work for you."
