"I've worked in Primerica for 3 years now, and it has helped me grow in ways I can only imagine. The best thing about working there is being surrounded by people that want to help inspire you and bring you up. The encouragement of self development and workplace appreciation along with extreme competitive attitudes in a respectful way, is something that I cant find anywhere else. The 2 biggest reasons why I plan to stay there indefinitely is because it allows an unlimited potential of freedom of time, and money. There is no cap on how much I can make, and the ownership program to fully own what I do is unparalleled. The reason I am pursuing another opportunity is because I've always been interested in this field, and would like to grow into this as well as run my office on the side."
