"The management need improvement for hiring new employees because people come and go so fast. Training classes need improvement so the students can pass the difficult test."

"Build your customer basis and a type 'A' personality is a must. You have to go out and drum up your business until you start developing a customer base and repeat clients."

"It was solely commission based and no benefits."

"Enforce a salary package while new associates are getting their feet wet with the business. Going from a steady salary to commission only is tough enough as it is."
