What do you like about working at Primerica?
It gave you the freedom to establish your clientele and business. Your success was based on referrals and word of mouth, which can be beneficial and detrimental to your career.
What don't you like about working at Primerica?
It was solely commission based and no benefits.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Enforce a salary package while new associates are getting their feet wet with the business. Going from a steady salary to commission only is tough enough as it is.

The sky is the limit
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Build your customer basis and a type 'A' personality is a must. You have to go out and drum up your business until you start developing a customer base and repeat clients.

What do you like about working at Primerica?
I can manage to work on my own hours because it is my own business.
What don't you like about working at Primerica?
It's a commission base only, no fixed salary.
What suggestions do you have for management?
The management need improvement for hiring new employees because people come and go so fast. Training classes need improvement so the students can pass the difficult test.

I like to work there because they are nice people to work with.
What don't you like about working at Primerica?
No training for life insurance sales for me.

Need to improve for training new employee who don't know anything about Primerica Financial Services
